Paul Drury

Paul Drury currently serves as Head of Research and Development at Titon, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Innovation (R&D) Manager at Marel from November 2016 to June 2023, overseeing the UK Business Unit and local R&D functions, while fostering collaborations with various stakeholders. An interim CTO at DataLase Ltd. in 2016, Paul led technical developments and strategic planning during a transitional phase. Prior roles at Xaar Technology Ltd. included Head of Technology and Technology Manager, where responsibilities encompassed front-end development and intellectual property management. Paul began their career at Omnifit Ltd. as Research and Development Manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons in Engineering and Engineering Systems from the University of Portsmouth and participated in a summer program at Cambridge Judge Business School focused on driving ideas into reality.
