Paul Tarling MSc, BEng is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Titon, Paul oversees all aspects of manufacturing, procurement, quality, and engineering for ventilation products tailored to the UK and European construction markets. Previous roles include Lean Manager at Collida, where Paul applied Lean methodologies to enhance operational processes, and Programme Leader for Lean Supply Chain at Burberry, focusing on the development and deployment of lean strategies within supply chain operations. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Dialight Europe, Philips Avent, Industry Forum, Figleaves.com, and Pitney Bowes, spanning responsibilities from supply chain management to continuous improvement initiatives for renowned companies. Paul holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and a BEng in Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University.
