Belinda Egan

Belinda Egan is a seasoned professional specializing in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as the Chief Leadership Officer and Founder of Belinda Egan since March 2016. In this role, Belinda partners with leadership teams to cultivate an empowered, values-driven workplace culture, offering expertise in people strategy areas such as leadership development, talent management, and change management. Previously, Belinda worked as a Strategic Partner at Titus Talent Strategies and held the position of Director of Software Services at RSM US LLP, as well as Market President at U.S. Bank. Belinda holds multiple degrees from Bethel University, including a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies, and two Master's degrees in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Leadership, along with a certification in Linguistic & Generative Leadership from the Institute for Generative Leadership.
