Bill Conneely

William "Bill" Conneely is the current Sr. Director of Finance & Operations at Tivix. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager at Stamen Design from July 2011 to December 2015. There, they supported the Founder and CEO by leading and doing day-to-day operations including financial management, business development, resource and personnel management, studio planning, administration, HR and strategy. From November 2005 to June 2011, Conneely was the Director of Strategy | Job Board | Business Development at mediabistro.com. There, they drove strategic planning and operational development processes supporting a successful transition from start-up to strategically directed and managed growth. Bill added P&L and product management responsibility for Mediabistro's Job Board to achieve successful implementation of strategic recommendations. Furthermore, they supported the owner/founder, management, board of directors and investment bankers in valuation of strategic alternatives, development of offering memorandum and management presentations ultimately leading to successful $23 million cash sale of the business to Jupitermedia in July, 2007 for 3+ times trailing revenues and 10+ times EBITD.

Bill Conneely's educational career includes completing a Bachelor of Arts in Bill'story from Grinnell College and then going on to complete a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Columbia Business School.
