David Ramos

David Ramos has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. David currently serves as the Franchise Owner of StretchLab Franchise, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Tivly from February 2023.

Earlier in their career, David held leadership positions at various companies. From July 2021 to January 2023, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Seven Bridges, where they led the transformation of organizational processes for an infrastructure and genomic data analytics company. From July 2017 to July 2021, they served as the Sr. Director of Digital Platform Engineering at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they led the modernization of the data platform.

From 2013 to 2017, David worked at Rakuten, first as the Director of Product Management | Principal Data Engineer, responsible for devising and implementing a regional data strategy for the Americas group companies. Later, they served as a Group Manager, leading strategic initiatives and collaborating with executives across the organization to propose a global data strategy.

Prior to their time at Rakuten, David worked at Rakuten Marketing, where they held various roles including Director of Product Management and Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics. David also worked as a Principal Consultant at Siebel Systems and a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting.

David's work experience demonstrates their expertise in technology leadership, data strategy, and business intelligence.

David Ramos has a diverse education history. In 1993, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John's University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, they attended Chaminade High School. David also pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering Management from The George Washington University, where they studied from 1999 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, David Ramos has obtained several certifications. David became a Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner in April 2019, a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner in May 2019, and most recently, a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant in April 2021. These certifications were obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc.
