Jordan Marcano

Jordan Marcano has held a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Management Associate at Hertz, where they worked the counters renting cars, upsold vehicles, sold insurance, and made reservations. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Moore & Associates, Inc. where they worked as a transportation consultant, coordinated and conducted research for large-scale survey and auditing projects for public transportation companies, collected data in the field, compiled findings and research to create detailed Memos and Reports, and implemented new marketing strategies. In 2018, they worked as a Finance Support Associate at Dole Packaged Foods, LLC, where they managed receivables for Canada accounts, analyzed and reported on inventory and logistics, and processed ACH, Checks, Wires, Credit & Rebills, Reapplies, and Write Offs in SAP. They also worked as a Data Analyst at Consumer Attorney Marketing Group, Inc. (CAMG) where they requested information from stations to reach a certain clearance, analyzed all data incoming, ensured proper formatting and inputted into Core, and interpreted patterns and trends while monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. In 2020, they worked as an Accounting Coordinator at PackIt. In 2021, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Full Stack Finance where they managed payables and receivables for several clients, assisted in presenting financials in client meetings, onboarded new vendors, ran accounting inboxes, and helped with audits. They also performed account recons, assisted in month end procedures, bank recons, assisted with 1099’s, supported day to day accounting functions, and maintained customer records. Currently, they are a Staff Accountant at Tixr.
