Michelle Mrkota has held various roles in the customer success, ticketing, and baking industries since 1999. Her career began as an Assistant Director for Ticket Operations at Northwestern University, where they were quickly promoted to Assistant Manager in 3 months. In 2006, they were an Outstanding Employee at Thomas Keller NYC Restaurant Group, where they oversaw pastry production of menu items, special order cakes, and catering. From 2009-2013, they were a Bakery Research & Development Specialist and Bakery Buyer at Whole Foods Market, where they were recognized as Outstanding Team Member of the Year and earned multiple Outstanding Bakery Team Member awards. From 2015-2020, they held roles at the University of Washington as Assistant Director of Ticket Services, the University of Southern California as Ticket Manager, and the U.S. Census Bureau as Field Enumerator.
