Alexander Birger

Alexander Birger is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background spanning several leadership roles in software development and information technology. Currently serving as CIO and COO at Tizbi since January 1998, Alexander oversees the provision of elite software development teams to a range of clients. Additionally, since January 2015, Alexander has been the Chief Information Officer at FlameOFF Coatings, Inc., focusing on business development and media marketing. Past roles include serving as CTO at VideoNitch from January 2012 to May 2015, leading technical teams and software platform development, and working as a consultant at GlaxoSmithKline, where Alexander managed the technical development team and contributed to various systems optimization projects. Previous experience also includes leadership positions in development at Broadreach Consulting and Nomaco. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a PhD in Textile Composites from North Carolina State University.
