Rafael Martins

Rafael Martins is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in engineering and academia, currently serving as an Auditor at the Tribunal de Contas da União since December 2009, where Rafael is the first auditor to attain the Specialist level in the Trajectory of Combating Fraud and Corruption. Rafael has received awards for innovative and outstanding work in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
