Lauren Wingate, PMP has over 20 years of experience in the business and government sectors. Lauren began their career in 1998 as a Summer Service Technician for Bell Atlantic. In 1999, they became a Realtor, GRI for Wellborn Management Co., Inc. where they managed tenant relations, participated in multiple condo conversions, and ran annual budgets for 6 buildings. In 2006, they became an Inside Sales Manager for Real Estate and sold pre-construction homesites and fully-furnished home packages in the Carolinas. In 2008, they became Deputy Director for YRCI, providing worldwide consulting and recruiting services for commercial and government clients. In 2012, they became Capture/Proposal Manager for Interactive Technologies Group, Inc. where they offered consulting services to organizations seeking to improve business processes, optimize performance, and maximize profitability. In 2015, they became Capture Proposal Manager for CATMEDIA, an innovative company specializing in communications consulting, media production, and creative human capital for staff augmentation. In 2016, they became Director, Capture & Business Development for VMSI (Veterans Management Services, Inc.) where they provided Management Consulting services. Finally, in 2017, they became VP of Strategic Development and Partnership for TJFACT LLC - Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques, an 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with an active Top Secret Facility Clearance.

Lauren Wingate, PMP has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from George Mason University from 1998 to 2002. Lauren also obtained a GRI from the Graduate Realtor Institute in 2005 and a Realtor License from the Northern VA Assoc. of Realtors in 2004. In addition, Wingate has obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2021.
