Octavia Reynolds, MBA has over 16 years of professional experience. Octavia began their career in 2004 as a Senior Product Analyst at Fiserv. In 2012, they moved into a Manager Client Product Support role and later a Product Consultant role. In 2016, they joined TJFACT LLC as the Director of Corporate Programs and Events/Corporate Program Manager.

Octavia Reynolds completed their MBA in Management from Strayer University in 2006. Prior to that, they earned their B.A. in Sociology from Georgia State University.
