Irma Wilting has over 30 years of work experience, with a focus on human resources. Irma began their career at DSM Resins as an Assistant HR Manager from 1992 to 2003. Following that, they worked as an Office Manager at Crosspoint from 2003 to 2005. Irma then joined Tjoapack bv as a Manager of Human Resources in 2005. At Tjoapack, they held the position of Director HR from February 2016 to March 2022, where they played a key role in shaping the future of the pharmaceutical supply chain. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of People & Culture for Tjoapack Global.

Irma Wilting's education history includes completing a Prosci Change Management program at People Side of Change in 2023. Before that, they attended AnalitiQs and studied Excel for HR Analytics until 2017. Irma also received training in various topics such as new dismissal and flexible regulations at Van Gelderen Arbeidsrechtadvocaten in 2014 and became a certified Preventiemedewerker at Perspectief in 2013. Additionally, they studied current labor law issues at the Institute for Labor Law in 2012 and received a degree in Sociaal Juridische Dienstverlening from Hanzehogeschool Groningen in 2009. Irma also obtained certifications in topics like GMP for Managers from Goodrun in 2005 and Management and Personnel Policy from Mercuur Opleidingen in 1991. Irma has recently completed a course in Finance for Non-Financial Managers at ICM opleidingen & trainingen in 2020, where they also obtained a TMA professional certification.
