Austin Peppers

Austin Peppers serves as the President of Sales at The TJX Companies, Inc. since March 2022, following a successful tenure as Vice President of Sales at Stockmann from August 2013 to July 2021. Peppers' earlier experience includes roles such as Sales Director and General Sales Manager, as well as Sales Executive at Kauppakeskus Kamppi Helsinki from August 2009 to August 2013. A graduate of Aalto University, Peppers holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Throughout a career focused on developing sales strategies and enhancing customer relationships, Peppers has consistently aimed to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
