Danyelle Desjardins is an accomplished Agile professional with extensive experience in coaching and transforming technology teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal Agile Coach at The TJX Companies, Inc. since June 2022, Danyelle focuses on advancing Agile adoption and continuous improvement through collaboration and coaching. Previous roles include Agile Transformation Coach at National Grid and The TJX Companies, where Danyelle specialized in scaling Agile practices and supporting large team transformations. With a strong background in operations and project management, evidenced by leadership roles at companies like Crimson Hexagon, ToolsGroup, and Optiant, Danyelle brings a wealth of knowledge in applying Agile methodologies.
