Denise Bogan

Denise Bogan has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and HRIS implementation across multiple industries. Currently serving as QA Project Lead and previously as Senior Business Analyst at The TJX Companies, Inc., Denise has managed various Oracle HCM projects, overseeing all phases from discovery to post-production support. Prior roles include Senior Business Analyst and Systems Analyst at Towers Watson, where responsibilities involved implementing complex applications and managing the development cycle. Additional experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Arch Wireless, where key projects included HRIS support and online enrollment systems, and as Sr. Benefits/HRIS Specialist at Workscape, where Denise developed the company’s first HRIS system. Earlier positions at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Boston Scientific focused on benefits and HRIS coordination. Denise holds an Associate degree in Interior Design from Bay Path University.
