Lyne Cloutier has over 30 years of experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as the Manager of Business Continuity and previously as the Manager of Financial Audit at The TJX Companies, Inc. since June 2007. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Audit Manager and various finance positions at The TJX Companies, Inc. from 1996 to 2007, Internal Auditor at Hudson's Bay Company, Senior Auditor at FL Fuller Landau, and Associate at Ernst and Young. Lyne Cloutier holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University, earned between 1989 and 1991.
