Mary Ellen Mattheos

Mary Ellen Mattheos is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at The TJX Companies, Inc. since October 2011, including SVP, HR Director for Homegoods|Homesense and VP, HR Director roles in Global IT and Digital, U.S. Prior experience includes positions at Mars Chocolate as an HR Business Partner and Talent and Engagement Manager, as well as staffing roles at Winter Wyman and the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Mary Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies and Hispanic Studies from Wheaton College Massachusetts and is a graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame.
