Marybeth Fantasia

Marybeth Fantasia has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management, having worked at The TJX Companies, Inc. from January 1999 to September 2013. In the role of Manager of Recruiting, Global Talent Acquisition, Marybeth managed the Corporate Recruitment Team for various critical business groups and successfully oversaw the Home Office Contingent Labor team for IT and Non-IT Temp Labor, facilitating the hiring and onboarding of over 3000 contract resources nationwide. Previous roles included Technical Talent Advisor, where strategies for hiring and recruitment were developed, and Contract Staffing Specialist and Senior Staffing Specialist, which focused on sourcing and placing employees. Prior experience at Houghton Mifflin Company as an Employee Relations Specialist involved sourcing and negotiating employment terms for administrative and financial professionals. Marybeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Saint Anselm College.
