Maura Dalianis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at The TJX Companies, Inc. since June 2017, Maura has successfully onboarded over 250 new employees and interns, focusing on tailored training programs in collaboration with key stakeholders. Prior roles include Associate Planner, Senior Allocation Analyst, and Allocation Analyst, where Maura contributed significantly to sales growth through strategic inventory management and planning for a nearly $500 million business.
