Mickey Williams

Mickey Williams is a seasoned professional in loss prevention and asset protection, currently serving as the District Loss Prevention Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an LP Operations Business Partner at Ulta Beauty from August 2016 to May 2023, and various positions at Macy's from February 2013 to August 2016, including Asset Protection. Additionally, Mickey spent over a decade at Target, holding multiple leadership roles in investigations and operations. Early career experience includes serving as an Assets Protection Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Mickey holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Borough of Manhattan Community College and is currently attending American Military University to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
