Samantha Williams

Samantha Williams is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner II at The TJX Companies, Inc. since July 2017. With previous positions at Broad River Retail and Movement Mortgage, LLC, Samantha has developed expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR process management while overseeing employee change requests and conducting investigations into employee claims. Education includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from Winthrop University and a BS in Sport Management, complemented by international exposure through study at the University of Bayreuth.
