Steve McDonough is a seasoned IT recruiter with extensive experience in technology talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Principal IT Recruiter for Cyber, Info Security, and Engineering at The TJX Companies, Inc. since November 2021, Steve has previously held significant roles including IT Recruiting Team Leader (VP) at State Street, where leadership encompassed a North America team focusing on Cyber and emerging technologies. Prior experience includes senior talent acquisition positions at Sensata Technologies and AECOM Technology Corp, where expertise in sourcing difficult-to-fill IT roles was demonstrated. Steve's career began in recruitment management with The Learning Company and Innovative Information Systems, Inc.
