Tom MacDonald

Tom MacDonald serves as AVP of Logistics Systems & Strategy at The TJX Companies, Inc. since February 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Global Logistics & Distribution at The Rockport Company and Director of NA Logistics & Trade at Converse. Tom MacDonald has over 20 years of logistics and supply chain experience, including roles such as Sr. Director of Customer Fulfillment and Director of Global Transportation at Timberland. Earlier positions include Global Logistics Lead at Celestica, and various roles in transportation and operations at Timberland, FedEx Trade Networks, MBC Freight Consultants, and Tower Group International. Tom MacDonald holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
