Jorge Alvaro Elena

Jorge Alvaro Elena has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2006, they started as a Project Manager at TK Elevator, where they successfully led the Barcelona Airport New Terminal Transportation System project. Jorge then progressed to become a Project Director and later the Spain Key Accounts Project Management Head of Department. In 2014, they became the Spain Corporate Service Strategy Manager Head of Department before transitioning to the role of Commercial Manager Manufacturing Spain in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Head of Quality Europe Africa at TK Elevator. Most recently, they held the position of Executive Vice President Manufacturing Europe Africa before being appointed as the Senior Vice President Product and Supply Chain in October 2021. Prior to TK Elevator, they also gained experience at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where they worked as a Quality Responsible Project Assistant and a Project Planning Assistant.

Jorge Alvaro Elena has a strong educational background in business administration and management. In 2015, they completed a program in Achieving Business Excellence at IE Business School, following a previous executive MBA completed in 2012 at the same institution. Earlier in their education, Jorge earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupélec in 2005, with a focus on project management. Jorge began their academic journey at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management in 2004. Furthermore, they have acquired the Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute in 2011.
