Kelli Smith

Kelli Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelli recently worked as a Human Resources Director at The Keith Corporation and Calvary Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at MetLife, providing support to multiple managers and employees in different locations. Kelli also held the position of Vice President of Economic Development at Valdosta Technical College. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Manager and Sr. Administrative Officer at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, where they contributed to various HR functions and played a role in implementing organizational strategies and policies.

Kelli Smith attended Birmingham-Southern College from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services. In addition, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM Certification in July 2022.
