Joseph Kelley is an experienced fuels terminal manager with extensive background in the fuels industry. Currently serving as Fuels Terminal Manager at TK&K Services since August 2022 and at Blackson Arrow since June 2019, Joseph previously held the position of Fuels Terminal Superintendent at TK&K Services and various managerial roles at Olgoonik Corporation spanning over two decades. Education includes a certificate from Coggins International in Fuels Combined Responsible Officer/Terminal Managers Course, alongside certificates from the United States Air Force in Fuels Quality Control Laboratory School and Petroleum Logistics Management Course.
