Kia Vandivier-O'Reilly Shrm-Scp

Kia Vandivier-O'Reilly, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has held several HR roles throughout their career. Starting in 2002, they worked at White Castle in various HR positions until 2006. Kia then joined The Ohio State University Medical Center as an Employment Specialist in 2006. After that, they returned to White Castle as an HR Generalist from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they worked as an HR Generalist at Luxottica Retail for a brief period. Continuing their career, in 2011, they became an HR Manager at Xerox and held the role until 2012. Since 2012, Kia has been working as the Director of Human Resources at ExpressPoint Technology Services.

Kia Vandivier-O'Reilly, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University. Kia also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University. In addition to their academic achievements, Kia has obtained several certifications including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Kia has also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in February 2021, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2021.
