Carrie Wheeler

Carrie Wheeler is an experienced board member and executive with a strong background in finance and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at TKO since September 2023, and as a Board Member on the Audit Committee at APi Group since November 2019, Carrie has held significant leadership roles including Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Opendoor, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member. Previous roles include Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Dollar Tree Stores and J.Crew, and leadership positions at Gelson's Markets and Petco. Carrie's extensive experience in retail and consumer investing was further developed during a long tenure as Partner and Head of Retail and Consumer Investing at TPG Capital. Carrie began a career in finance as an Analyst in M&A and Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Queen's University.
