Roxanne Oulman

Roxanne Oulman is a highly experienced executive and board member with a strong background in finance, operations, and strategic leadership across various industries. Oulman currently serves as a board member for Western Digital, Human Interest, Klaviyo, and Plume Design, Inc., with additional past roles including board member and audit committee chair at AuditBoard and CalAmp. Prior to these positions, Oulman held senior executive roles, including EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Medallia and CallidusCloud, where significant revenue growth and organizational improvements were achieved. Oulman’s early career included leadership positions at Thoratec Corporation and Zomax, Inc., where financial and operational strategies led to substantial business expansion. Educationally, Oulman holds an MBA from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
