Hlaing Minhtwe has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as an RF Engineer at TKS since August 2014, while also holding the position of Senior Technician at Automobile Garage Sdn Bhd since May 2007. Hlaing Minhtwe earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from West Yangon Technological University.
