Arooj Butt

Arooj Butt began their work experience in 2020 as a Chat Support Executive at Mindbridge. In this role, they implemented customer care relationships with Collaborations Food Panda users and successfully reorganized daily meetings and devised a new filing system. arooj then worked as an IT Admin Officer at President Hotel in 2021, where they were responsible for maintaining records, attending meetings, and generating reports for quarantined individuals. Later in 2021, Arooj became an Administrative Support Assistant at A1 BioChem Labs, where they created templates, generated reports, and implemented customer care relationships. In 2022, they joined Tkxel as a Salesforce Business Analyst, where they worked as a tester and QA, conducted security reviews, and implemented object and record-level security measures.

Arooj Butt completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Lahore from 2015 to 2019. arooj then pursued further education and obtained an MSc in IT Management of Business from the University of Greenwich between 2020 and 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, Arooj also achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in August 2022.
