Julia Konso Mbakire is a consultant at Bain & Company since September 2023 and concurrently serves as COO at TL Partners, where Julia Konso also held the position of General Manager of Growth. Previous experience includes a role as a LIVC Venture Fellow at Dream VC and as a Graduate Student Instructor and Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Julia's expertise encompasses strategy and operations, particularly in economic development and utilities, evidenced by a strategy consultant role at World Vision. Prior to current roles, Julia worked at Bain & Company from 2018 to 2021, gaining proficiency in post-merger integration and various industries. Academic credentials include an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Amherst College, where Julia also contributed to diversity initiatives and support roles in the Economics and Mathematics departments.
