Naomi Davidson serves as an Executive Partner at TL Partners since March 2024 and is an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners since July 2020. Previously, Naomi held the position of VP of People & Operations at Trusted Health from August 2022 to February 2024, and served as CEO and Founder of Trybe from 2017 to March 2022. Additional roles include Vice President of Learning & Organizational Development at Blend in 2020, Instructor for Peak Performance Leadership at Stanford Continuing Studies from 2019 to 2020, and Global Head of Strategy & Ops for Sales Effectiveness at LinkedIn between 2015 and 2017. Earlier experience includes roles at Khan Academy, Pixar Animation Studios, and McKinsey, the latter as an Engagement Manager from 2006 to 2010. Naomi holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
