Margarida Melo is currently a Trainee Quality Analyst and Trainee Scrum Master at Tlantic since April 2023. Previously, Margarida served as Vice President and Communication & Image Director at the Systems Engineering Nucleus - ISEP, overseeing a team of over 10 individuals and coordinating communication strategies, as well as contributing to events that engaged more than 300 participants. Margarida represented over 150 students as a Students' Representative at ISEP and mentored first-year students during the transition into higher education. Leadership skills were further developed through roles such as Chairman at Ascendium Junior Consulting and Deputy Director of the Marketing and Communication Department, as well as experience in managing teams and content strategy. Margarida holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and has a background in music from the Conservatório Regional de Setúbal.
