Rachell Salyer

Rachell Salyer has extensive experience in housing navigation and social services, currently serving as a Housing Navigator for Transition Age Youth at TLC Child and Family Services since November 2021. Prior roles include Housing Specialist/HMIS Admin at Share Sonoma County, and Case Management Supervisor at COTS, where Rachell provided guidance for clients transitioning from homelessness to housing solutions. Earlier experience includes positions as Instructor 2 at Becoming Independent, Residential Counselor at Victor Treatment Services, Preschool Teacher at Montessori in the City, and various roles at The Home Depot. Rachell holds a Specialized Associate's Degree in Health Information Management/Medical Assisting from Empire College School of Business, completed in 2014.
