Rania Sadrack

Rania Sadrack, MBA, serves as the Director of National Healthcare Strategy at TLC Engineering Solutions since February 2012 and holds a position on the Dean's Advisory Board for UCF College of Nursing since July 2020. Rania has previously held leadership roles in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Central Florida chapter, serving as Immediate Past President and President from 2012 to 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Coordinator at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. and Marketing Director at Starmer Ranaldi Planning and Architecture, Inc. Rania's educational background includes an MBA in Health Management and Policy from the University of Miami and dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Central Florida in Education and another field.
