Lou Pascuzzi currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TLC Healthcare, a position held since December 2013. Under Lou's leadership, TLC Healthcare has achieved significant recognition, including nine consecutive Australian Business Awards for "Employer of Choice" from 2016 to 2024 and numerous other awards for marketing and communications excellence. Lou has held various leadership roles, including Committee Member for the Victorian Government's Residential Aged Care Facilities Reform Working Group and Deputy Chair & Non-Executive Director at Heathcote Health. Earlier career experiences include national management positions at Independent Practitioner Network and Healthscope, as well as founding and directing Peak Health Management, which was successfully acquired by BUPA Australia. Lou's educational background includes ongoing master's studies at The University of Edinburgh and advanced diplomas in market modeling and business from Swinburne University of Technology and RMIT University, respectively.
