Jennifer Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles within the property management industry. Jennifer started their career as a Property Manager at B&A Property Group in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Jennifer then joined Westview Services as a Job Coach for a brief period in 2004. Later that year, they joined Evanston Neighborhood Properties as an Assistant Regional Property Manager and worked there until 2016.

In 2014, Jennifer founded Rental Literacy, a consultation firm focused on educating clients about renting and managing property. Jennifer served as the President of the firm and designed classes with various organizations and individuals to promote rental literacy.

Currently, Jennifer is associated with TLC Management Co. Jennifer started as a Senior Property Manager in 2016 and served in that role until 2018. Jennifer then progressed to the position of Assistant Regional Property Manager from 2019 to 2019. Jennifer's roles at TLC Management Co also include Director of Training & Marketing from 2019 to 2021, Director of Training from 2021 to 2022, and currently they hold the position of Director of Training and Development. Jennifer is also a Vice President of Operations from 2022 onwards.

Jennifer's work experience demonstrates their expertise in property management, training and development, and operations. Jennifer is a seasoned professional in their field and has continuously contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Jennifer Jackson attended National Louis University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work/Human Services. Jennifer also completed a Paralegal Program at Roosevelt University, although the specific dates of their enrollment are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer obtained the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association in May 2018. Jennifer also holds the Certified Specialist of Occupancy - Housing Choice Voucher (CSO-HCV) certification from the National Center for Housing Management, which they obtained in February 2019. In April 2020, Jennifer achieved the Management Occupancy Review Specialist certification from the National Center for Housing Management. Lastly, they completed Advanced Facilitator Training at the National Apartment Association in March 2022.
