Matthew Doss

Matthew Doss, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as General Counsel at TLC Management, where a legal department has been established and expanded to a six-member team, focusing on compliance, employment law, and risk management for a multi-state healthcare consulting enterprise. In addition to this role, Matthew holds the position of President at Tighthead Props, Inc. and Cavalry ADR, which provides mediation and arbitration services as well as employment compliance training, and serves as Town Council President for the Town of Markle. Prior experience includes adjudicating employment and labor law cases as an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and serving as a Staff Attorney for the UAW-GM Legal Services Plan. Matthew Doss holds a JD from Northern Illinois University and a BS in Public Affairs with a focus on Environmental Science and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
