Ryan Laughy has a diverse professional background starting from their co-op positions at Tolko Industries and Highland Valley Copper. Ryan transitioned into a Client Systems Administrator role at Copper Mountain Mine Ltd, where Ryan was the only IT person onsite and responsible for a wide range of tasks. Currently, at TLC Solutions, Ryan holds the title of Director of Managed Services, overseeing service teams in multiple locations and implementing process improvements while fostering a culture of technolojoy within the organization.
