Matthew Schlimgen

Matthew Schlimgen currently serves as the Director of Managed Services at NOVO Health Services since February 2018 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Association for Linen Management since December 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Technical Services Manager and Industrial Product and Technical Services Manager for Girbau Industrial from September 2013 to January 2018, and Chief Engineer at both Alsco and Crown Linen, LLC. Matthew held positions as Field Service Manager at Philips Lighting, Field Service Engineer at both Ellis Corporation and Kannegiesser USA, and served in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Electronics and Countermeasures Technician. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has a background in Electrical Engineering from military training.
