Nilesh Patel

Nilesh Patel's work experience begins in 2003 as a Technical Consultant at Virgin Media. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Desktop Guru/IT Specialist at Belsham Technologies. In 2005, Nilesh joined HTEC as a Field Service Engineer, providing hardware support in various retail or office environments. Throughout their tenure at HTEC, they took on additional roles such as Technical Support Analyst (2nd Line), Principal Technical Specialist, and eventually becoming a Technical Lead. In 2022, Nilesh joined PDI Technologies as a Field Service Engineer, offering hardware support to customers. Currently, they work as a Support Hub Analyst at TLM Technologies, where their start date is in 2023.

Nilesh Patel's education history begins in 1990, when they attended Keighley College and earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Studies. Nilesh then pursued further education at Teesside University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Nilesh has also obtained several certifications. In 2000, they obtained the European Computer Driving Licence from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. In 2001, they obtained the Understanding ISO 9000 certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI). Nilesh'smost recent certifications include the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from Purple Griffon IT Training and Consultancy, which they obtained in February 2013, and the SPA Core & Petrol certification from Safety Pass Alliance (SPA), obtained in July 2015.
