TEMITOPE BELLO is the current VP of Tech & Engineering at TLP Advisory. Temitope has over 6 years of experience in software development and has held various positions throughout their career.

Temitope started their career as a software developer at Evince Nigeria Limited in June 2014. Temitope then moved to X T Monitor Ltd in May 2015 where they became the Team Lead software developer. In this role, they used Python to provide web and mobile applications for the company.

In June 2017, Temitope joined ALAT by Wema as a software developer. Temitope led the Development Team to build the internet banking for the first fully Digital Banking in Africa. Temitope was also responsible for the end to end revamp and development of ALAT web portals, as well as the continuous development and maintenance of ALAT web platforms and internal projects.

In May 2019, Temitope joined First City Monument Bank Limited as a Senior Software Developer. In this role, they headed the frontend team for the development of Digital Bank application, web, and mobile using React JS for web and React Native for mobile for FCMB UK.

Most recently, in their current role as VP of Tech & Engineering at TLP Advisory, Temitope is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s technology needs.

Temitope Bello has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. Temitope also has certifications from Coursera in Web Application Architectures and Logic: Language and Information.
