Debbie Reynolds

Debbie Reynolds has over 19 years of legal experience specializing in planning and compulsory purchase issues. Currently, Debbie serves as Partner and Head of Compulsory Purchase at TLT LLP since September 2016, having previously held positions as Legal Director and Associate in the same field. Prior to this, Debbie worked at DWF LLP, formerly Cobbetts LLP, from September 2004 to September 2016 as a Senior Solicitor focusing on planning, highways, and environmental law. Debbie began legal career at Cobbetts LLP, where Debbie worked from 2004 to 2012. Debbie holds an LLB in Law from The University of Manchester and furthered education at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
