Helen Hodgkinson

Helen Hodgkinson, an accomplished HR professional holding the FCIPD designation, currently serves as the Chief People & Places Officer at TLT LLP since November 2017, where responsibilities include executing the HR and Facilities strategy and advising the Executive Group on people matters. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Helen has previously chaired the Board of Directors at White Horse Housing Association Ltd and served as HR Director at Ecotricity/Forest Green Rovers, and Head of Organisational Development at Vodafone. Earlier positions include Head of Culture and Inclusion and Head of People Strategy and Change at Nationwide Building Society, where significant achievements included the development of diversity initiatives and a new employee value proposition. Helen's career also encompasses senior roles at KPMG and previous HR management positions in the NHS and local government. Helen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
