Holly Newing

Holly Newing is a Senior Associate Barrister at TLT LLP, specializing in Public Inquiries, Inquests, and Public Law since June 2023. Previously, Holly served as an Associate Barrister at 5 Paper Buildings, practicing in General Crime, Health and Safety, and Trading Standards Regulation from October 2020 to June 2023, including a secondment as advisory counsel to a Local Authority's Litigation Team. Holly's earlier experience includes roles as a Pupil Barrister, Reporter for The Justice Gap, and various paralegal positions. Holly holds a Bar Professional Training Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City, University of London, alongside a degree in History of Art from The University of Warwick.
