Kristian Scholfield

Kristian Scholfield is an experienced solicitor specializing in housing and regeneration. Currently serving as a Managing Associate at TLT LLP since June 2018, Kristian has previously held positions as a Senior Associate in the same department. Prior to TLT LLP, Kristian worked at Devonshires as a Real Estate & Projects Solicitor, and at Geldards LLP as a Senior Associate, where responsibilities included advising on land transfers and development projects. Additional experience includes a secondment at District Law focused on commercial property transactions, as well as roles at Owen White Solicitors, Steeles Law LLP, Bircham Dyson Bell LLP, and Prince Evans Solicitors. Kristian holds an LLB in Law from Lancaster University and completed the LPC at the College of Law.
