Shahzad Pathan

Shahzad Pathan is a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at TLT LLP since January 2021, currently serving as Assistant Supervisor for Financial Services Disputes and Investigations. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 80 defendant litigated matters from inception to settlement, as well as mentoring new team members. Prior to TLT LLP, Shahzad held the position of Litigation Supervisor at AML Solicitors from May 2018 to January 2021, overseeing civil litigation cases and providing supervision to paralegals and junior solicitors. Shahzad began a legal career at Adam Solicitors as a Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor, and Paralegal from August 2009 to April 2018, and gained early experience as a Clerical Assistant at RBS Group from April 2005 to August 2009. Shahzad earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from the University of Lancashire in 2008 and holds a BA (Hons) in Law & Criminology from the same institution, completed in 2007.
