Doug White

Doug White is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in land development and project management. Currently serving as Group Manager at T&M Associates since January 2016, Doug supervises a team of engineers, designers, and drafting professionals on various development projects. From September 1991 to January 2016, Doug held the position of Senior Project Manager at ARH Associates, overseeing engineering designs and studies for numerous civil and land development projects. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Gilmore & Associates and Project Manager at BCM Engineers, specializing in residential subdivisions and infrastructure projects. Doug began a career in engineering at Hill International and Alex J Bergin Associates, focusing on construction management and land surveying. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and continued education at Drexel University.
