James worked as a Managing Director at TM Capital Corp. from April 2013 onwards, where they provided expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as financings. Prior to that, from April 1992 to April 2013, they were the Founder and Managing Director at Asante Partners. James'searlier experience includes a long tenure at Goldman Sachs, where they held the position of Head of International Corporate Finance from June 1971 to March 1992.
